“I strongly believe that we are invited to fullness of life and abundant life. What I pay attention to with clients is what is interfering with their aliveness, with their being fully the person that they want to be. By helping them discover the blocks that are interfering with their being fully themselves I can help clients grow and integrate the part of their story that is getting in their way. I do not work from the disease model of mental health (what is wrong with you). My approach involves discovering and supporting clients’ strengths and what is working and building on that.”
“Every time a client struggles and has the courage to reach for help, that client will become more whole, more truly themselves, more alive. This is the story of my own experience and healing. It is what I feel called to give back to my clients.”
